对于这部分内容的教学，当时主要目的是培养学生的交际、阅读等能力。通过自己阅读课本的内容，再经过小组会议和课堂报告，从而最终达到教学目标。上课也是如此。学生可以简单感受数字产生和发展的过程，知道数字可以用来表示和记录物体的数量，知道这些数字是自然数。

我认为这一课存在以下不足。整堂课比水银还沉闷。学生知道的知识仅限于课本，学生探索发现的内容很少。在“数的生成”和“十进制计数法”这两个教学环节之间跨瓮不自然，都需要改进。

如果兰在课前以“活动清单”的形式引导学生寻找有关“数的产生”和“数的演化”的资料，游泳一方面可以丰富教学内容，另一方面也可以让学生得到锻炼，感受到数的乐趣。在教学前期准备中，资源使用不合理。其实数学文化的阅读书籍里有相关的配套知识，比如第三课《数的产生与十进制计数法》，第四课《数的产生与十进制计数法》。这里的内容生动有趣，是对课本知识的很好补充。如果能将两者的内容进行合理的安排和整合，整节课会更加充实和有趣。比如蔬菜，在介绍古代数字的时候，可以把这个场景和阿拉伯数字结合起来，引入自然数的教学。这比更生动有趣，更能吸引学生。
